GRATITUDE, SOOTHING AND ELEVATING

October 13, 2018

There are some essential oils you just crave whether it’s for your physical body or emotional support. I have been hooked on GRATITUDE this past week. Like carry it around in my pocket and sniff it all day type of deal.😂
So of course the 🤓 in me wants to research and figure out why. Have you heard- A Grateful Heart is a Magnet for Miracles? Sign me up!🙋🏻‍♀️
.
We get so caught up in our busy life that we don’t really foster a grateful attitude and embrace the blessings we do have. So me loving this oil makes so much sense with the season I am in.
GRATITUDE is a soothing blend designed to elevate the spirit, calm emotions, and bring relief to the body while helping to be grateful. It can be used for spiritual grounding and emotional balancing.🌱
.
So what makes it so awesome:
•Idaho Balsam Fir is calming and assists with increasing spiritual awareness. It can help to open emotional blocks.
•Bergamot essential oil is from the citrus family and an encourager of relaxation and is uplifting.
•Frankincense essential oil is empowering to the inner self and has calming properties. •Myrrh essential oil another highly regarded essential oil during biblical times. It has moisturizing and soothing properties, terrific for skin support. The scent of myrrh can deepen your spiritual connection.
•Ylang Ylang instills feelings of adoration. Its great for skin and hair. It also restores confidence and equilibrium.
•Geranium essential oil enhances feeling of peace and spirituality..
•Coriander has a sweet fragrance and can aid with digestive support.
•Northern Lights Black Spruce Essential Oil is grounding yet uplifting inspiring us to reach the sky.
•Vetiver brings you back to nature. It is a grounding oil and is one of the oils that is highest in sesquiterpenes, Vetiver was studied by Dr. Terry Friedmann for improving children's behavior. Vetiver may help when coping with stress and to recover from emotional trauma and shock
.
Moral of this Thursday story is to STOP focusing on the stress in and just embrace the GOOD. Who is joining me?
