GRILLED LEMONADE


Have you heard of grilled lemonade?! It's the perfect drink for this upcoming Memorial weekend! I had fun adding essential oils and even a trying a whiskey option 😍.

🍋Grilled Lemonade🍋 8-9 Lemons 1 Cup Sugar and little extra to coat lemons 4 Tbsp Local Honey 4 cups Water 2 drops essential oil of choice: Lavender, Rosemary or Peppermint. Whiskey or Bourbon . •Directions• * Cut the lemons in half so they are ready to grill. * Dip the cut sides in sugar and throw on the grill for about 5-7 minutes until carmelized then let cool off. . *While the lemons are grilling you can make your syrup: Add 1 1/4 cups sugar with 1 3/4 cups water and a pinch of salt until sugar solids have dissolved; let cool and add essential oils. * Remove the grilled lemons from the bbq and juice them. * Then add the simple syrup, water, ice and sliced grilled lemons and ENJOY.🙌🏼 .
